At Prestige Patisserie, excellence in baking is at the heart of everything we do. And behind some of our most exquisite creations is the incredible talent of Geanina – our Master Pastry Chef, whose passion and expertise have shaped our award-winning cakes for over eight years.
With more than 30 years of experience in the art of pastry, Geanina’s skills are unmatched. Her dedication to perfection and innovation led her to the prestigious stage of British Bake Off: The Professionals in 2021, where she reached the semifinals – a testament to her craft and artistry.
Geanina is the mastermind behind some of our most celebrated desserts, including the legendary Medovik Cake, which won a Great Taste Award in 2020. This delicate six-layered masterpiece, infused with burnt honey and balanced with a silky dulce de leche cream, has captivated dessert lovers far and wide. It even caught the attention of food legend Adam Richman, with whom we filmed an episode showcasing this iconic creation.
Now, for the first time ever, Geanina is sharing her secrets through Prestige Bake Academy, where she will be teaching exclusive masterclasses. Our first class, the Medovik Cake Masterclass, sold out in days, proving just how sought-after her knowledge is.
