Prestige Patisserie is a family-run artisan bakery in Tottenham, North London, created by pastry chef Geanina Ursache and her husband George with a passion for handcrafted pastry and elegant cake design.

For almost a decade, we have specialised in luxury celebration cakes, bespoke wedding cakes and refined pastries inspired by both modern pâtisserie and traditional Eastern European flavours. From our signature Medovik Honey Cake to delicate macarons and handcrafted desserts, everything is made from scratch in small batches using carefully selected ingredients.
