Our Vegan Celebration Cake is one of our personal favourites – a fruity, flavour-packed cake that just happens to be dairy-free. With its soft, sumptuous texture, you’d never guess there’s no butter or eggs.
We use ripe bananas for natural moisture and sweetness (they make up nearly 80% of the cake!), along with bursts of fresh raspberries and blueberries. A hint of coconut and lemon brings balance and brightness to each bite, making this cake not just indulgent but refreshingly delicious.
This 9-inch cake makes a beautiful centrepiece for birthdays, baby showers, or plant-based parties, and it’s topped with your choice of homemade marzipan icing or sugar paste for a smooth, elegant finish.
