This delicate cake has many layers. Starting with a peanut and hazelnut dacquoise sponge filled with milk chocolate and peanut caramel ganache. The crunchy texture comes from the white chocolate praline base with feuilletine.Add some chocolate caramel mousse, and finally, a layer of almond sponge. To finish it is topped with a chocolate tuile and caramelised peanut brittle.
