A tropical twist on a classic celebration cake — our Malibu Rum & Coconut Cake Canapés offer a rich and luxurious flavour in every bite. Made from soft vanilla chiffon sponge soaked in Malibu rum syrup, each mini dessert is layered with a whipped blend of cream, mascarpone, and cream cheese, all delicately folded with desiccated coconut.
To finish, each canapé is topped with our house-made milky coconut Raffaello, adding a sweet, creamy crunch to every bite.
