Our stunning Gingerbread houses have been hand decorated by Chef Geanina, with intricate details running all the way round to create the perfect Christmas scene.
Our recipe for gingerbread balances the spice, so it's not too overpowering and the dough is rested overnight for the flavours to infuse.
Gingerbread houses are approx 25cm in height, and come in a gift box with a bow.
There are two options. The rustic, version with a dusting of icing sugar or surrounded in red icing.
Ingredients: wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, ginger, mix spice (Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves), golden syrup, eggs, lemon
