Our classic gingerbread cookies are a warm hug in biscuit form. Named after the husband-and-wife duo behind Prestige Patisserie, you can choose either George or Geanina – or get both, because they’re better together.
We use a gently balanced spice mix (not too strong!), and the dough is rested overnight so the flavours develop fully before baking. Each cookie is handmade in our North London bakery with care and tradition.
Perfect as a festive gift, a treat with tea, or just a moment of nostalgic sweetness.

Collection & Courier
All products are freshly prepared in our North London bakery and available for collection from our N15 patisserie.
If preferred, customers are also very welcome to arrange their own courier for collection. We are happy to assist with safe handover to your chosen driver.
