Our classic gingerbread comes in two options. Named after the husband and wife duo that run Prestige Patisserie - you can choose George or Geanina. Or both - because they like being together. ;)
Our recipe for gingerbread balances the spice, so it's not too overpowering and the dough is rested overnight for the flavors to infuse.
Ingredients: wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, ginger, mix spice (Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves), golden syrup, eggs, lemon
