If you wish to order before or after this dates, please note:
The minimum order is three (3) large Cozonac loaves.

Our Cozonac takes time to prepare and is made in one big batch. We recommend you place your order and checkout separately to any other items. 

Our Cozonac is slow-crafted in small batches using Chef Geanina’s family recipe from Romania. Expect a soft, fluffy dough filled with a rich walnut, cocoa and rum meringue swirl. You can also choose to have it with added Turkish Delight for extra gooey indulgence.

Why Our Cozonac Is Special
• Traditional recipe passed down through generations
• Soft texture similar to Panettone, but with unique Romanian flavours
• Rich filling: walnuts, cocoa, rum, orange & lemon zest
• Handmade over several hours for maximum flavour and softness

Sizes:
• Large Loaf (approx. 1.1 kg)
• Regular Loaf (approx. 550 grams)
Options: With or Without Turkish Delight

Ingredients:

Flour, milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, butter, salt, vanilla, rum, orange zest, lemon zest, sultanas, cocoa, walnuts, Turkish delight (optional).

Allergens: Wheat, eggs, milk, nuts
Made in a bakery that handles all common allergens.

Collection & Courier

All products are freshly prepared in our North London bakery and available for collection from our N15 patisserie.

If preferred, customers are also very welcome to arrange their own courier for collection. We are happy to assist with safe handover to your chosen driver.
