Rich, nutty, and completely unforgettable — our Salted Caramel, Chocolate & Walnut Tart is a multi-layered indulgence that earned a Great Taste Award in 2018.

Built on a crisp, buttery sweet pastry base, this tart features our signature soft caramel, made in-house for a glossy, melt-in-the-mouth finish. A delicate touch of Maldon sea salt balances the sweetness before we add a thick layer of smooth Belgian dark chocolate ganache, gently blended with honey for extra silkiness.

To finish, the tart is crowned with handmade caramelised walnut brittle, adding crunch and toasted nutty depth to every bite.
