Ingredients you’ll work with:

For Cozonac dough:
Flour, milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, butter, salt, vanilla, rum, orange zest, lemon zest, sultanas.

For filling:
Egg whites, sugar, cocoa, walnuts, lemon zest, rum, Turkish delight (optional).

For Walnut Cookies:
Butter, eggs, flour, sugar, walnuts, chocolate, honey, vanilla, rum, lemon.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts. Prepared in a bakery that handles peanuts and other allergens.
