Bring a taste of Romanian tradition to your Easter table with our handcrafted Pasca – a soft and fragrant sweet bread filled with a rich, creamy blend of sweet cheese, soured cream, raisins, vanilla, and lemon zest.

Our Traditional Romanian Pasca is made using an enriched brioche-style Cozonac dough, flavoured with citrus, rum, and vanilla. Baked with care in our North London bakery, it’s the perfect centrepiece for your celebration – whether you're honouring family heritage or simply enjoying a delicious, seasonal treat.


🧀 Filling & Flavour Notes:

Inside, you’ll find a smooth and lightly sweet filling of:

  • Sweet cheese and soured cream

  • Juicy raisins

  • Vanilla and fresh lemon zest

Every slice is soft, rich, and gently fragrant — pairing beautifully with a cup of bubble or a glass of dessert wine.
