A classic Romanian Easter treat, reimagined as a delicate individual tart. Our Pasca with Sweet Cheese Tart brings together the best of traditional Eastern European baking and fine patisserie technique.

This personal-sized tart features a velvety filling of sweet cheese, soured cream, raisins, vanilla, and lemon zest, all encased in a golden, buttery shortcrust pastry. It’s inspired by Pasca, the beloved Romanian Easter bread traditionally made with brioche dough — but presented here as a refined, individual dessert.
