Tropical, boozy, and beautifully light—our Malibu Rum & Coconut Cake is a sunshine-infused treat that melts in the mouth. It starts with a fluffy vanilla chiffon sponge, delicately brushed with Malibu rum syrup for an aromatic, tropical kick.
The cream is a luxurious blend of fresh cream, mascarpone, and cream cheese, whipped together with desiccated coconut for a rich yet airy texture. To finish, we top each cake with our signature handmade milky coconut Raffaelo-style truffle, for a perfect blend of soft, sweet, and satisfying.
