Our Cozonac takes time to prepare and is made in one big batch. We recommend you place your order and checkout separately to any other items. 

Soft, airy and filled with a meringue made from rum, cocoa and fresh orange zest. We even add in Turkish Delight to make it more gooey and indulgent. This delicious treat takes hours to hand make.

The recipe for this Cozonac was handed down to Chef Geanina by her mother... it's her childhood memories from Romania. It's traditionally eaten at Easter and Christmas.

We would liken the texture of Cozonac to Italian Panettone, but with completely different flavours.

Simply irresistible. 

They come in 2 sizes. Large loaf (approx 1.2kg) and small.

Please make sure you select size, as well as whether you would like your Cozonac WITH or WITHOUT Turkish Delight.

Ingredients for Cozonac dough:
Flour, milk, egg, salt, yeast, butter, orange, lemons, rum, sultanas, vanilla, sugar

Ingredients for filling:
Eggs, sugar, walnuts cacao, vanilla orange, lemon rum, Turkish delight (optional)
