Made with two large almond macaron shells, this celebration cake is layered with smooth Belgian chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries for a balanced flavour that is rich, light and beautifully indulgent.
Each cake is handmade in small batches at Prestige Patisserie in North London by our award-winning pastry team.
